The quality of our work is something we take pride in. If you are not completely satisfied with the services we provide, we will fix it or you don’t pay for it.

People are different and have different expectations. One thing we all can agree on is that cleanliness is the absence of foreign matter (dirt). We find the dirt and handle it. We use the proper chemicals to assure the job is done right. Our staff is also trained to know which chemicals not to use so they don’t damage stainless steel or chrome hardware. I can’t count the times we would find damaged hardware and glass from the previous janitor who didn’t have the proper training.

We are not satisfied until our customers are completely satisfied. If there is hard water build up on sinks or commodes we will get it off. If there are concerns we realize the value of our customers and the customer is always right. That’s the standard we do our best to live up to.

Our carpet team is certified and experienced and will get the job done in a professional manner. We use superior steam extraction equipment ensuring a quality deep clean. We put inferior upright vacuum cleaners out to pasture years ago. We use exclusively powerful back pack vacuum cleaners with superior suction power so we are not pushing the dirt around or beating it into the carpets but we are actually picking the dirt up. Also we are able to get the corners and under the desks every time.
